C.O.T. Agent #011: The Honorable Reverend Garren Hanon
Garren Hanon has seen a lot of things in his years. Sometimes he struggles just to hold back the tears. But everywhere that Garren goes, he sees the pathos that he knows will spell the termination of us all. Besides that, Garren was the founding member and flautist of Birdlung, a Jethro Tull/Anne Murray cover band that toured extensively in Eastern Europe. Later, he played for a brief stint with punk up-and-comers Ted's Girlfriend, until they shifted to the rap genre and changed their name to Ted's Bitch. Some years ago, Garren undertook the ambitious undertaking of writing a musical, Fantasy!, showcasing the music of Aldo Nova. However, he abandoned the project as interest in the production was limited to only the most rural localities in Canada. Garren then enrolled at Simpson College--a private Christian school--in Redding, CA, where he graduated with honors and received a degree in Criminal Apothecary. He now resides in the vicinity of Clear Lake, CA, where he teaches, coaches baseball, and is developing the "Pol Pot"--a wok-like pan to be used exclusively for preparing South-East Asian dishes.
